Records of this building go back to 1706, at which time it was a tavern. Today, the restaurant of the Rössli hotel, which is not far from Vierwaldstätter See, has a nicely pared-back interior and a pleasant terrace. It serves ambitious modern cuisine with seasonal and international influences – you can order à la carte or opt for the four- to seven-course set menu, which is available in two versions: meat/fish or vegetarian.
