In a modern and bright dining room overlooking the famous Viareggio promenade, Luca Landi's menu features three tasting options: one dedicated to fish, another combining seafood and vegetables, and a third focused on meats, with the possibility to mix and match dishes à la carte. The courses are elegantly crafted, showcasing creativity that is substantial and not just for show, with presentations that truly impress. Supported by excellent ingredients, the chef honors the region, using local seafood and inland products, sourcing as much as possible from trusted small producers, and maintaining a focus on circular cooking to reduce waste. The wine list is a journey through around 800 labels, with a special emphasis on Piedmont, Tuscany, and Burgundy; prices are accessible, and the by-the-glass selection is notably unique.
