Nestled on the outskirts of a picturesque village, this charming "chalet" boasts a lovely rustic-style interior. Chef William Lamarre and his partner Fanny Ducharme have forged an excellent reputation for their country restaurant with a farm-to-table approach. Two separate decors: one with a counter overlooking the kitchen and the other on a covered terrace dripping in rustic charm whose windows overlook the countryside. Examples of the menu include a crudo of halibut, buttermilk emulsion, herb oil and confit rhubarb, or house-made lamb ravioli flanked by a medley of tomatoes and a wickedly enticing basque cake laced in melilot with a strawberry-rhubarb sorbet.
