bi:braud has moved to new premises. The team can now be found not far from their former location, right in the heart of Ulm's Old Town and a stone's throw from the Minster. Owner Alina Meissner-Bebrout and Tim Ostertag jointly head up the kitchen, serving a five-course set menu with a modern approach – a vegetarian version is also available. Wine pairings can be added to the set menu. They also run Edda Brasserie, just a few minutes' walk away.
