Set within the Brattøra waterside development, this large brasserie provides exactly the buzzing atmosphere you would hope for. Banquettes and a central bar fit the bill décor-wise, while visible ducting and terrazzo flooring lend an industrial edge. Choose from a set menu of either four or six courses, where a signature dish of scallops can be added as an extra – the accompaniments depend on the season, but could include the likes of sea buckthorn, XO and celeriac. It’s beautiful Norwegian seafood like this including, when available, skrei cod of course, that will be among the highlights of your meal.
