The cooked dishes however also deserve attention, thanks to the freshness of the ingredients and the generous portions, all underpinned by a classic, reassuring style. Alongside the selection available via the digital menu are the valuable recommendations of proprietor Sabino Di Muro, who has succeeded in transforming a former bar into a venue dedicated to the pleasures of the table, sometimes with a nod to tradition, as in the excellent tajarin with sea urchins. It is well worth following his advice for wine pairings too, always chosen to bring out the best in the cuisine.
