Michelin Guide
Mediterranean Cuisine
The Michelin Guide's review
This charming boutique hotel done out in warm Provençal style is at a remove from the hustle and bustle of Saint Tropez. Young Italian chef Luca Binaschi gives the cuisine of the South of France a distinctly Italian twist. Diners will be hard pressed to resist dishes such as rabbit bottoni (small button-shaped ravioli) with Taggiasca olives, marjoram and lardo di Colonnata, or John Dory cooked on the binchotan grill and finished with anchovy butter. The peaceful terrace and gorgeous Mediterranean garden foster an intimate, wonderfully romantic setting.
