The Michelin Guide's review
The name, La Flèche d'Argent, is a nod to the iconic ‘Silver Arrows’ Mercedes-Benz racing cars of the 1930s and to the nearby Charade automobile racetrack. In a smart decor, chef Clément Lorente signs expertly crafted cuisine with an up-to-the-minute creative twang in several-course set menus. The ingredients are of the highest quality: foie gras from the Plaine de Limagne, trout from Corrèze, saffron from Mazayes, pigeon from Dombes. The house dessert, a tribute to the chef's grandmother's Agen prune flan, is flambéed tableside and is a guaranteed showstopper. Simpler set menu at lunchtime; brunch on Sundays.
