The Michelin Guide's review
This duo who earned their stripes at L'Arpège have set up shop near Tour Montparnasse. Jihyun Kim cooks in full view of diners, creating pared-back ingredient-led dishes starring seasonal produce and fine vegetables sourced for the most part from the nearby Oise département. Simon Plantrou provides precise service. The menu focuses on a few large cuts of meat designed for sharing, such as Sologne mallard or rack of lamb, alongside a multi-course tasting menu. Showcasing nicely prepared vegetables and a good command of jus, there is nothing superfluous about the dishes. The elegant minimalist decor features white tablecloths, pale wood flooring and a counter around the kitchen.
