With her exceptionally friendly manner and professional expertise, Sabrina Berger also works front of house, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Another major draw is the modern cuisine made with regional ingredients. Florian Berger demonstrates his skill and flair for selecting quality ingredients in dishes such as flavourful beef onglet with sautéed oyster mushrooms, sweet potato noodles and a poached quail's egg. A vegetarian version of his six- or seven-course set menu is also available if ordered in advance. There's also a well-curated wine list, along with carefully matched wine – or alcohol-free – pairings by the glass to complement the set menu.
