The simple, cosy interiors offer a contemporary take on traditional mountain taverns, featuring extensive use of wood and understated elegance. The cuisine follows the same philosophy: straightforward, authentic and deeply rooted in the region, with a strong focus on meats, cured meats and cheeses. Standout specialities include beef tartare with brioche and cranberries, canederli, polenta with venison goulash and the unmissable strudel served with whipped cream, as well as our own homemade ice cream. Please note that the venue does not accept bookings, but its particularly long opening hours make it easy to visit.
