In this trendy bistro, you can choose to take a seat at the magnificent counter adorned with zellige tiles or in the vintage dining area on the first floor. Updated twice a month, the set menu smacks of good, modern cuisine, with some dishes bearing intriguing names. Examples include scallop crudo, yuzu-scented almond milk; grilled Jerusalem artichoke, wild mushrooms and Amontillado foam; free-range guinea fowl breast, house-made sriracha, grilled spring onions, Brussels sprouts and fried black rice; parsnip ice cream, candied Comice pear, mimosa jelly, honeycomb and chervil. Lunch is excellent value for money.
