A discreet restaurant, but one whose original menu makes it well worth seeking out. The simple, effective dishes show flashes of creativity and boast bold flavours such as flame-grilled petals of monkfish, wasabi espuma, and roasted pollock, peas, verbena and apricot. The profiteroles, made in time-honoured tradition, deserve a special mention.
