In this village so typical of Alsace set between Ribeauvillé and Illhaeusern, Manon Nasti and her partner, Italian chef Lucas Di Palma, have renovated this converted 18C hunting lodge in an understated and cosy contemporary style. Through his delicious Italian cuisine, the chef pays homage to his grandfather. Seasonal multi-course set menus include classic dishes with a twist – risotto alla milanese, ragù alla bolognese, tiramisu – as well as more creative dishes featuring premium ingredients, from pan-fried foie gras with truffle jus and Taggiasca olives to langoustines enhanced with a lemongrass foam and peas. A modern, masterful touch underpins every dish.
