 On the fifth floor of the Hilton Rijeka Costabella, as soon as you step out of the lift you are immediately captivated by a spectacular view: the Adriatic, the coastline and the wild island of Cres stand out unfiltered thanks to the long glass wall that encompasses the entire room, with its contemporary, minimalist design. Deni Srdoč has moved up to executive chef of the group, and resident chef Gabriela Filca leads the crew with confidence and talent. The gastronomic offering continues seamlessly in the modern tale of, both marine and inland, Croatian flavours through a unique tasting menu available in different lengths. Traditional ingredients such as lamb, catch of the day, or typical products such as trout, nettles and strawberries are reinterpreted with impeccable technique, seeking the ultimate balance between taste and aesthetic beauty. The service is professional and attentive, and a curated wine list, which also reaches out internationally, adds to the experience.
