Upstairs, there is a stylish wine bar and an inviting rooftop terrace. The tasting menu showcases sophisticated cooking with an innovative twist. A beautiful langoustine, for instance, is elevated by foamy sauces of haddock and chicken garum, accented by kumquat for fruity sweetness. A cut of beef from dual-purpose cattle is cooked perfectly medium-rare and accompanied by a vadouvan sauce. This cuisine is bold, yet always measured in its execution – not to mention excellent value for money.
