This place, the first Louis Vuitton restaurant in China, nestles in a heritage building (1730s) complete with original brick walls, perforated wood windows and a courtyard. After stints in prestigious kitchens, the experienced chef has crafted a menu that pairs sophisticated European cuisine with Sichuanese ingredients and flavour profiles. There is a handful of à la carte dishes alongside the seasonal tasting menus.
