Rue de la Dalbade

The Michelin Guide's review
Many public magistrates from Toulouse built their dwellings, known as parlementaires, on this street. There are fine 18C façades at n° 7, 11 and 18, and a sculptured doorway of pagan inspiration at n° 22. The Hôtel de Clary, at n° 25, boasts a beautiful Renaissance courtyard. Note the over-decorated stone façade, which created a stir in this town built of brick (hence its nickname, "stone house"). A 17C mansion owned by the knights of St. John of Jerusalem is at n° 32.
