Description

In one corner is an exhibit on the Iditarod trail, which started from Seward, while over in another stands a wall clock that stopped during the 1964 earthquake. Other exhibits include native baskets, a display on Seward's role in World War II as the home of Fort Raymond, and random exhibits on unusual pioneers like Alaska Nellie, owner of numerous roadhouses.
