Description

Designed with Paris's Champs-Élysées as a model, Benjamin Franklin Parkway connects the town hall and the dazzling Philadelphia Museum of Art. Dotted with commemorative monuments, the road crosses Logan Circle, where the elegant Swann Memorial Fountain, graced by the sculptor Calder. The numerous museums, one after another, including the exceptional Barnes Foundation's Galleries and Arboretum, have earned the road the name Museum Row.
