Useful information

Description

The town hall was built by Maurice Novarina in the centre of Paul Mistral Park and was inaugurated for the 1968 Winter Olympics which created an opportunity to transform the city: the building is horizontal, relieved in the middle by a vast, square patio and crowned by a 12-storey tower block at one end. In the courtyard is a bronze by Hadju and a marble mosaic by Gianferrari.
