The restoration of this palace, built in the 10C and then modified during the reign of Béla III, has revealed some interesting architectural features, among which is a vaulted room, considered to be the oldest dwelling place in Hungary. Also of interest are the double chamber, also known as the chamber of virtues (15C), decorated with frescoes and a vault adorned with signs of the zodiac.
