Description
This 1749 granite building replaced the original wooden chapel built on the site in the 1680s. Nine years after the British evacuated Boston, this church, New England's first Anglican house of worship, enjoyed a revival as the first Unitarian church in America. Venture indoors to admire the striking interior, considered the finest example of Georgian church architecture in North America.
