Description
This elegant 18C residence houses a museum with a rather inventive concept. Its collection is made up of pieces donated by the people of Forez, which brings a real authenticity to its reconstructions of traditional interiors as well as its more technical displays of wine-growing techniques. The furniture, tools, alcohol-making stills, sound effects and accounts of life as it used to be, told in the delightful Forez accent, will transport you back in time. A real taste of what is was to be a wine-grower in the olden days!
