Star architect Pierre-Yves Rochon designed the spatial concept of this elegant restaurant. The almost 360° glazed rotunda with its country views is wonderful. Good classic cuisine prepared by Laurent Eperon, with dishes that include roast sea bass with Périgord truffles.
