Two MICHELIN Stars : Excellent cooking, worth a detour!
The personality and talent of the chef and their team is evident in the expertly crafted dishes, which are refined, inspired and sometimes original.
Owner Alexander Herrmann and chef Tobias Bätz produce a creative culinary experience that takes the form of two set menus called ‘Contrast’ and ‘Organic’. The second is vegetarian and both are accompanied by a fine selection of local Franconian wines. The restaurant itself is elegant and quietly modern. There is also a cookery school.
