On the edge of the palace grounds, this restaurant has a baroque, chic and supremely elegant setting. The menu, by Gordon Ramsay, plumps for simplicity and pertinent recipe. It is all implemented by the chef, Frédéric Larquemin, who arrived in late 2016.
