At this restaurant, the new tables made from Italian spruce have been left deliberately bare so that the original 18C frescoes in the middle of each one can be admired to the full, while some of the tableware has been handmade by local artisans. This elegant restaurant is renowned for its excellent fish specialities, although the chef’s native Campania can also be detected in some of the dishes, such as the Caprese salad and the “pastiera al babà” dessert.
