Don’t miss this centrally located restaurant which has a strong connection with local folklore – from 1950, meetings to organise the satirical Fallas festival were held in the legendary Goya bar. Today, this pleasant renovated restaurant is home to a bar and other attractive spaces which act as a backdrop for a traditional Mediterranean-style menu including daily suggestions and creative tapas, as well as a superb selection of rice dishes. It comes as no surprise that chef Fernando Navarro has won numerous prizes and competitions. Make sure you try the “Señoret de carabinero” (rice with Carabinero prawns).
