The most recent and most enjoyable of Valencian chef Ricard Camarena’s restaurants. The informal dining rooms here are striking for their bold decor, which includes a profusion of wood and features such as colourful pigs’ heads created by the renowned workshop of José Miguel Piñero. In the open-view kitchen, the emphasis is on distinctive international dishes which are made for sharing, many of which boast fusion flavours inspired by Asia, South America and the Mediterranean. We especially recommend the classic pastrami sandwich!
