There always comes a time when young chefs spread their wings and this is exactly what we can see happening in this restaurant in the El Carmen district. Slightly tucked away, the restaurant has an individual feel with its vintage touches, different types of chairs and a marble meat display cabinet. Óscar and Javier, both of whom trained under chef Ricard Camarena, describe their cuisine as “free” and are continually searching for authenticity by creating informal and amusing dishes which combine culinary elements from the Mediterranean, Asia and Latin America.
