This bright, modern and cosmopolitan restaurant is easy to find as it’s situated just 100m from the monumental Torres de Serranos, one of the historical gateways to the wonderful city of Valencia. Boasting its own distinctive character, the restaurant is run by two talented chefs who work together to create traditional cuisine with a more up-to-date feel. The philosophy here is clear – to offer reasonably priced, high-quality cuisine made from seasonal ingredients wherever possible.
