A new owner and a new direction for this trattoria that is well known to Tours residents. While Italian notes do make a few appearances on the menu, this is for the most part fine French cuisine. Dishes include: calf sweetbreads, fried mackerel fillets, risotto with a cockle jus, and chocolate mousse. The best of tradition!
