Situated in a narrow pedestrianised street in the historic centre of Terrassa, this restaurant has a fairly bland entrance leading into a modern, functional dining room which, although somewhat on the small size, is beautifully kept and boasts an open-view kitchen. The two young partners here, full of ambition and a desire to improve, focus on updated traditional cuisine made, wherever possible, from organic and locally sourced ingredients. In addition to its à la carte options, the restaurant also offers a good daily set menu and a tasting menu. Highlights include fillets of marinated Mediterranean mackerel, Iberian pork with Ullastrell vermouth, and pineapple in rum with cream.
