It would be hard to overstate the beauty of this restaurant's lakeside location. At the helm of the bistro 1903, whose name pays homage to the year the establishment was founded, is Jean Sulpice. He reworks bistro classics: pike quenelle with a lovage cream and lemon confit; gratin of crayfish tails; raspberry and verbena tart. A delightful dining experience.
