This restaurant within the Hyatt features a fantastic open kitchen, so make sure you ask for a table close by in order to watch the chefs at work. Shanghainese dishes make up the core of the extensive menu; Jiang Zhe dishes are something the kitchen here does very well but its speciality is Peking duck - the ducks are cooked in the wood oven and so it's well worth arriving early to order one.
