Tourists and fans of heritage buildings seeking nourishment and some traditional Shanghainese food, after visiting Yu Garden and walking the Bridge of Nine Turnings, often find themselves at this characterful Chinese pavilion, built in the style of the Ming Dynasty. Dim sum is where the kitchen's strength lies, with turnip pastry, osmanthus flower pudding and 'eyebrow' cake some of the dishes to order. The restaurant will be reopened in Q4 of 2019 after an extensive renovation.
