Internationally-celebrated French Chef Pierre Gagnaire opened his eponymous contemporary fine dining restaurant on top of Lotte Hotel's new wing in 2008. The elegant dining space, adorned with Murano chandeliers and gold trim walls, exudes classic French luxury. The artfully presented food, made with 80% local ingredients, is respectful of the Paris-based chef's creative style. With more than 250 labels, the wine cellar display impresses also.
