The vibe generally tilts towards classic luxury, thanks to the attentive staff and contemporary space with its enormous glass wine cellar and arched barrel ceiling. The chef's table facing the kitchen has the best seats in the house-for those who reserve well in advance. The fact that this kitchen showcases its own home-grown seasonal ingredients may not be entirely unique, but in the hands of such skilled cooks it translates into a noteworthy vegetarian tasting menu. More impressive is that they are equally adept with game meats, such as the supremely tender antelope loin served over farro and drizzled with tangy huckleberry sauce.
