Voilà! Sébastien d’Onghia (formerly of Il Cortile in Mulhouse) has recently arrived in the exquisite setting of the Villa Mauresque. The menu of Mediterranean leanings is also strewn with passing nods to the Puglia region, from whence the chef hails. Meals are served in the villa that overlooks the sea. Premium produce, balanced flavours and super fresh.
