This famous three-star Michelin chef from the Abruzzo brings his cuisine to Rome in a simpler and more affordable form than that served in his restaurant in Castel di Sangro, while nonetheless continuing to focus on interesting, attractive dishes in which the quality of the ingredients is paramount. Next to the restaurant you'll find the more casual Pane e Caffè, which serves snacks (mostly based on bread - one of Romito's specialities) throughout the day.
