Originally from Spain, the female chef has fully adopted the flavours of Roman cuisine, serving classic dishes with the occasional Iberian twist and a few more creative options of excellent quality. In addition to the traditional menu, guests can also opt for the new format with two different tasting menus - each of which includes around 15 courses!
