Very few restaurants can compete with the long gastronomic tradition of this restaurant, which was named after its owner back in 1885! It was Manuelina herself who created the famous recipe for Recco focaccia. After more than 125 years of Ligurian history, the fourth generation now runs the business with the same passion and enthusiasm – on the one hand, the Focacceria in a clear tribute to Manuelina, and on the other, the “gourmet” restaurant serving seasonal cuisine which showcases the best local ingredients.
