This bistro - a good "seed" (semilla in Spanish) - was founded in 2012 on the initiative of the owners of Fish La Boissonnerie, which is just opposite. Find a convivial atmosphere, trendy decor and, in the kitchens, a young and passionate team, who work exclusively with hand-picked suppliers. Delicious and well done!
