Opposite Ferrandi, the French School of Culinary Arts, Quinsou – "chaffinch" in langue d'oc – cooks up a storm, relished by the fine palates of the 6th arrondissement and beyond, with, for instance, monkfish, Hokkaido squash and curry sauce: Antonin Bonnet, former chef from Le Sergent Recruteur, brings the ingredients to life. A really great place.
