Since August 2013, a young French-Japanese couple (both former recruits of Passard) have been hard at work in this restaurant not far from Cardinal Lemoine metro station. Their cooking, in harmony with the seasons, proves to be at once fine, intelligent and subtle, with some lovely surprises in store. Kokoro means 'heart' in Japanese.
