Michel Rostang has set himself the challenge of creating a bistrot à viande in line with the one his father used to run in Le Pont - de - Beauvoisin in the Isère. Fine choice cuts that are tender and beautifully matured (Limousin veal, Aveyron lamb, Black Angus beef), accompanied by delicious homemade sauces. A real treat.
