In Nice's old town, opposite the town hall is this restaurant with a loft feel: exposed stonework and cement tiles, organised around a kitchen with atelier - style glass - paned partitions... Great style! But the pleasure is also – especially – in the food, with traditional dishes chalked up on the board each day: home - made pissaladière, "burned" tuna and aubergine dip.
