This very pleasant neo-bistro, nestled within Neuilly, offers a short menu with succinct names. Quality seasonal ingredients, pertinent marriages of textures, spot-on cooking and generosity. All the codes of Eastern Paris bistronomy are in place, the food is bursting with pep, as nicely demonstrated by the chuck of veal and butternut squash. Not to mention the wines – natural, of course.
