Les Deux in question are Fabrice Kieffer and Johann Rappenglück, now running their own brasserie-style restaurant in what used to be the Dukatz. The food on offer downstairs is simple but excellent, while on the first floor you can enjoy fine, modern French cuisine and over 400 different wines. There is also an exemplary front-of-house team.
